Archive: Proposals for the Watersports Hub on Barnfield
Watersports Hub - Planning Application Withdrawn

On 12th October 2020, Cheshire West and Chester Council Planning Dept issued a letter stating that Planning Application 16/05188/FUL had been withdrawn on 14th September 2020. This marks the end of the proposals to build a Watersports Hub - for now anyway.
Town and Country Planning Act 1990
Location: Rowing Club Lower Park Road Chester CH4 7BB
Proposal: Demolition of the existing boathouse (Class D2) and erection of a Watersports Hub (Class D2) with associated parking, access, landscaping and plant
The above planning application was withdrawn on 14 September 2020
